HOW TO REGISTER

Registration is free! This includes: access to all sessions and interactive activities, social programs, dinner and lunch breaks.

 

There are two ways to register: If you are a faculty member at a school, you can nominate your student(s). If you are a student or young adult between the ages of 15-21, you can register yourself.

As the main program starts at 10:00h (10am) and ends at 20:00h (8pm) there should be plenty of time to travel to Amsterdam by public transport in the morning.

Travel by car / bike

It is possible to arrive at the hotel 30 minutes before the start of the program.

The event program will start each event day at 10:00h (10am) and will end at 20:00h (8pm).

We ask of all participants that they are present during the meeting hours in the location where the meeting is held and that they actively contribute to the workshop program.

CASA HOTEL - 22 & 23 JULY

The CASA Hotel, located near the Amstel Station in Amsterdam. This beautiful and light hotel is the basis for the program on Sunday 22 and Monday 23 July.

IAS GLOBAL VILLAGE - 24 JULY

The Global Village is a diverse and vibrant space that is part of the AIDS 2018 conference, where communities from all over the world gather to meet, share and learn from each other. On Tuesday 24 July a visit to the Global Village will be part of the program. Global Village will be located in Hall 5 and the Amtrium of the RAI Amsterdam
